At Larrea Studios, we are committed to providing high-quality digital services and maintaining transparent, fair relationships with our clients. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the circumstances under which cancellations and refunds may be requested for services provided via larrea.co.uk.
Our services primarily include marketing technology, digital analytics, and web development. These services are digital, non-tangible, and often tailored to individual client requirements. As a result, refunds and cancellations are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the conditions set out below.
Before Project Commencement
Clients may request cancellation in writing before any work has commenced. In such cases, any upfront payments will be refunded, minus any reasonable administrative, onboarding, or consultation costs already incurred (if applicable).
After Project Commencement
If a cancellation request is made after work has begun:
Ongoing / Retainer-Based Services
For recurring services (such as monthly marketing retainers or maintenance packages), cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the next billing date. Failure to do so may result in charges for the upcoming billing period.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
Partial Refunds
In limited circumstances where agreed deliverables have not been met due solely to our inability to complete the work, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
Third-Party Costs
Any costs incurred on the client’s behalf for third-party services (including but not limited to advertising spend, software licences, plugins, hosting, or domain registrations) are non-refundable.
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed within 30 business days using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, please contact us at hello@larrea.co.ukbefore requesting a cancellation or initiating a chargeback or dispute. We aim to address concerns promptly and fairly.
Larrea Studios reserves the right to amend this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
